What is Replacement Theology and Why must it be Avoided?

Replacement Theology teaches that the Church has replaced Israel and now receives all her promises. This is false doctrine because Scripture shows Israel’s promises are not cancelled but only paused during the present Dispensation of Grace. Paul explains in Romans 11:25-29 that Israel is “blind in part” until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in, and that “the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” Jeremiah 31:35-37 further proves that Israel will remain a nation before God as long as the sun, moon, and stars endure. This teaching must be avoided because it denies dispensational truth, confuses Israel’s earthly program with the Church’s heavenly program, and spiritualizes literal promises that God gave to Israel. It also questions God’s integrity, for if He abandoned Israel, how could we trust Him to keep His promises to the Church? Scripture declares that God cannot lie (Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18), and His covenants with Israel will be fulfilled when Christ returns to establ...

Understanding Paul’s Teaching in This Dispensation

Image
When Paul stood in the temple, accusations flew—he was charged with speaking against Israel, the law, and the temple, Act.21:27-28. But was this true? Absolutely not! Paul, an apostle of God, was entrusted with  a NEW dispensation , one not rooted in the law, but  in grace . A doctrine revealed  for all mankind , not limited to one nation or one place. The temple made of stone was no longer necessary, for  the true temple is the spiritual body of Christ . Today, God is not operating in Israel's kingdom program meant for another time—He is working in the dispensation of grace, for the Body of Christ, where  salvation is freely given to all who believe , Rom.5:15-16; Rom.6:23. Let’s be sure we understand this doctrine, as it is the doctrine for today.  Are you standing firm in the truth revealed to Paul?  Don’t hold onto an old program with old commandments when God has revealed something greater through Christ! ______________ Please share these with f...

Seven Basic Bible Facts Every Person Should Know and Believe (Fact #7)

Image
FACT NO. 7 —The Grace COMMISSION that the Body of Christ is to work under is found in 2Cor.5:14-21 and Eph.3:9 and concerns reconciling the world to God through the cross of Christ and making known the fellowship of the mystery. The Kingdom commission of Matt.28:19-20 and Mk.16:15-18, concerning teaching all nations the kingdom gospel, baptizing them with signs and healings following does not belong to God’s present grace purpose. More FACTS concerning differences between these 2-programs can be found here... See this article for even more rightly dividing differences By Robert C. Seven Basic Bible Facts Every Person Should Know and Believe (Fact #4)

Image
FACT NO. 4 —The Bible teaches that water baptism was and is a part of Israel’s religion (Heb. 6:1,2; 9:10). It was for the remission of sins as a priestly ordinance (Mark 1:4; Acts 2:38; Ezek. 36:25). In this age there is only ONE baptism, not two: “One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM” (Eph. 4:5). This baptism is the placing of the Christian into the Church, the Body of Christ, by the Holy Spirit: “For by one SPIRIT are we all BAPTIZED INTO ONE BODY, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit” (1 Cor. 12:13). This baptism takes place once for all at the moment of salvation. The Apostle Paul was not sent to baptize with water: “For Christ sent me NOT TO BAPTIZE but to preach the gospel…” (1 Cor. 1:17). Only a change in God’s purpose would necessitate a statement like this. There is no importance attached to water baptism, today. It is not a part of Christianity and only causes confusion. Seven Basic Bible Facts Every Person Should Know and Believe (Fact #3)

Image
FACT NO. 3 —That the gospel we are to preach is called the Gospel of the grace of God. “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify THE GOSPEL OF THE GRACE OF GOD” (Acts 20:24). This is God’s only message for the lost in this present age. We are to follow Paul as he followed Christ (I Cor. 11:1). In his writings ALONE do we find the doctrine, position, walk, and destiny of the Christian. Some other important aspects of grace are: 1. We are saved by GRACE—Eph. 2:8,9. 2. We are justified freely by His GRACE—Rom. 3:24; Titus 3:7. 3. His GRACE is sufficient for us—II Cor. 12:9. 4. We are not under Law but under GRACE—Rom. 6:14,15. 5. This age is the age of GRACE —Eph. 3:2. 6. We are to approach the throne of GRACE in prayer—Heb. 4:16. More FACTS to follow... See this article for even more rightly dividing differences By Robert C. Seven Basic Bible Facts Every Person Should Know and Believe (Fact #2)

FACT NO. 2 —That the DISTINCTIVENESS of Pauline truth is a most important doctrine of the Bible. The risen Lord Jesus Christ revealed His heart and His mind to the Apostle Paul: “But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it but by THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST” (Gal. 1:11,12). “If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward; how that BY REVELATION He made known unto me the MYSTERY…” (Eph. 3:2,3). This proves conclusively that Paul did not preach what the 12 Apostles preached. Rather he went up to Jerusalem to TELL THEM of the special gospel of grace that Christ gave to him (Gal. 2:2). He preached Jesus Christ according to the REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY which was kept secret, hid in God (Rom. 16:25; Eph. 3:9). He was the Apostle to the Gentiles and magnified his office (Rom. 11:13). Chosen before the foundation of the world

Image
God’s entire redemption plan was determined long before the world was made. God knows the end from the beginning as we read in Isaiah 46:10. However, it is interesting how we can distinguish our grace doctrine from other dispensations based on what was prophesied versus what was kept secret. God revealed relevant parts of the plan systematically and slowly through dispensations. The majority of the plan to restore the earth was revealed through the prophets and unto Israel. Israel will be used to bring earth back in subjection under Christ in the Millennial Kingdom. The rest of the plan was kept secret by God and revealed in the perfect time to our apostle, Paul, who wrote the remaining details of God’s plan to restore the heavens under Christ through the agency of the Body of Christ. As we study the bible and learn God's will for us, we need to recognize these two programs and ensure we adhere to the principles of our doctrine, the mystery program, as written in Paul's 13-epis...

Prayer and Provision compared between the Kingdom and Gace Dispensations

Image
Between the Kingdom and Grace programs, provision works differently when you study and compare the two. In the Kingdom program the Lord told His disciples they can ask for anything (for ex: Matt7:7-8, Matt.18:19, Matt.21:22) and it will be given them. This is actually a command that will be more relevant in the Millennial Kingdom, when the law is written upon their hearts according to the New Covenant (Jer.31:31-34; Ezek.36:24-28). Nevertheless, even when Peter, and the other 11 prayed, their prayers were answered and the dead rose, the sick were healed, and necessities were provided. Today in this grace age, God, in His wisdom and purpose, can work miracles today, but it is not the primary focus. We live by faith today. Paul prayed many times for help, needs and relief, but he did not get it, 2Cor.12:7-10. Today, we can pray all kinds of prayers and supplications, but our faith is in His grace and not in favourable answers for provision, comforts, and necessities. Whether God provides...

How come God no longer speaks to man and no longer manifests Himself?

Image
In the dispensation of prophecy, God showed Himself to Israel by mighty miracles. This dispensation is earthly as its end is to redeem an earthly people to restore the earth,  thus God showed Himself by mighty physical works. Up until Paul, God did signs and wonders by His prophets and apostles so that Israel could see the hand of God and get saved. But Israel did not believe in their Messiah, so God put them aside, and through Paul, He turned to the Gentiles under a completely new dispensation, the dispensation of mystery. In this dispensation of mystery, Rom.16:25-26, God operates under different stipulations; not by mighty works, but by faith through His written Word and in the heart of man,  2Cor.5:7. God has provided us His written Word and we need to believe God’s message given through Paul, 1Cor.14:37, the words of God for us, and trust that God is saving us and readying us for the purpose of restoring the heavens. ______________ Join my WhatsApp channel to receive the...

Know the answers to common disputes and arguments used by non-Dispensationalists

Image
Common disputes and arguments used by people that mix, or blend, both the Kingdom and the Grace gospels into one, confusing the matter and creating contradictions concerning salvation. We must learn the answers... Salvation has ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME. We must OBEY Christ’s commands always. Those who repent will be saved. Those who don't will perish. Saved merely by belief in God is refuted by James. The Bible warns of falling away. You MUST BEAR FRUIT, You MUST STAY CLOSE to God or you're not saved. Rev.3 warns that "Those who endure to the end will be saved." Once saved, always saved is a HERESY. God incarnate told us “When you pray… When you fast… When you give alms…” Not IF. Jesus never started His sermons with “For the next couple years…” There is no expiration date to the gospels. The Gospels are not just of historical interest. The 12 wrote content AFTER Paul's epistles, so Paul didn't bring a newer message.  Paul wasn't the ONLY church leader.  The...

We must remember that Paul ministered between two dispensations

Image
In Paul's missionary ministry, he went to Jews FIRST, and then Gentiles. Paul's focus was on saving his kinsmen, in the hopes that the Kingdom could come, Rom.9:3; 1Co 9:20. This is why Paul baptized, did miracles, spoke in tongues, circumcised Timothy, shaved his head under law because of a vow. However, we later read that Paul was not sent to baptize, he did not heal Timothy and Trophimus, he told us in 1Cor.13:8 that spiritual gifts of utterance would end. He also writes in Col.2:16 that ordinances were vain practices and that the only thing that mattered was to know Christ and the power of His resurrection.  To understand Paul’s ministry, we must realize that he ministered between two dispensations. His Jews first ministry eventually ended up with the Gentiles, Act 28:27–28. Paul introduced a mystery program while prophecy was still active. Paul's ministry started in one dispensation and ended in another. If you ignore this, your understanding and interpretation of Pau...

What is a Dispensation?

Image
A "dispensation" is not a period of time, but an administration, or stewardship of time. It's more associated to a way of life than a length of time. The Greek word itself means to manage a household. It describes the role of a steward and a system or a way of doing things. Before Paul's mystery dispensation, Israel lived under the economy of law. God dealt with Israel differently to how He deals with us today. Thus, the mystery dispensation, which started at Paul's conversion, has more to do with God dispensing a new lifestyle of grace to replace Israel's law, than calculating the duration in ages or years on a timeline. A dispensation ends when God declares a new set of rules that changes the pattern or behaviour (1 Tim.1:16) of living from the previous dispensation. In summary, an age deals with time, whereas a dispensation relates to a way of life. So, when studying the Bible rightly divided, the focus should be on the way of living, and not on the duratio...

Zechariah did not see our dispensation

Image
Just like Zechariah's prophecy in the image, there are dozens of other Old Testament prophecies that combine Christ’s two comings without any gap between them for our dispensation. Prophecy foretells two great events, (1) the meek and lowly advent of the Messiah as the Son of man, and (2) the defeat of Israel's enemies and the Millennial kingdom on the earth in which Israel would be preeminent. The Old Testament prophets didn't know of two additional comings of Christ to divide the two prophesied comings —one coming to start our grace dispensation (saving Saul) and one to end it (the rapture). These are the two comings according to mystery, that “which was kept secret since the world began” (Rom 16:25-26). Nothing in the Old Testament indicated God would delay the prophetic program for 2,000 years, but God delayed His judgment and extended His grace so Jews and Gentiles can be saved by faith alone in believing Paul's gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). This is grace! ____...

If God ONLY saves by the cross of Christ, how were Noah, Abraham, Moses, and others saved?

Image
REACTION: You claim: “The only thing that removes God’s wrath and allows Him to justify us is to believe in the cross of Jesus.” Let's test it! If it's true then Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Noah, etc are all gonna burn in hell because they failed to believe in the cross of Jesus. REPLY: They do not belong to this dispensation. How could they believe in the cross when it was not yet made known. The gospel for Noah was to believe God and build the ark. Because he did, he and his family were saved, Heb 11:7. Similarly, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, etc… all obtained righteousness for believing the words that God spoke to them. Read Heb.11. In our dispensation, the gospel is to believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus. By this we are imputed the righteousness of Christ, and we have peace with God. Any other way to obtain righteousness will fail because that is not what God instructed. Thus the ‘claim’ I wrote above stands, not because I say so, but because it is recorded as such i...
