Whose Image Do You Bear?

“Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.” (Matthew 22:21, KJB)

The Pharisees sought to trap Jesus, but His answer revealed a deeper principle: earthly rulers may claim what bears their image, yet God claims what bears His. We are stamped with His likeness, and our ultimate allegiance belongs to Him.

Today’s Application

Life demands our time, taxes, and duties, but these must never overshadow our devotion to God. The coin bore Caesar’s image, but your heart bears God’s. Ask yourself: Am I giving God what is His — my worship, my obedience, my values?

Today’s Encouragement

Caesar may govern coins, but God governs eternity. Let your priorities reflect His reign. Give Him your time, your allegiance, and your heart.

👉 Walk today with confidence: you belong to God, and His claim on you is eternal.
